1. Book Giveaway Requirements
All book giveaways must have a suggested MSRP of $11.00 USD or more and be approved by G3 leadership.
Digital resources, periodicals, saddle-stitched literature, or brochures will not be considered.
G3 will handle promotion and coordination of book giveaways via book towers/shelves in the conference bookstore and will acknowledge the publisher from the platform during the conference.

2. Title Approval and Quantity
Upon registration, publishers will receive a G3 Conference Bookstore Book List Template to complete by February 1, 2027.
G3 leadership must approve all titles in the bookstore.
Based on available space, we recommend an estimate of 25–30 unique titles per 8-foot table (suggestion only, not a limit).

3. Inventory and Consignment
All publishers will supply inventory on a like-consignment basis.
Publishers will receive a sales report and be paid the quantity sold times the purchase cost to G3 after the conference.
All freight, shipping, and handling expenses to and from the conference are the sole responsibility of the publisher.

4. Setup and Presentation
Presentation/setup of inventory in the publisher’s island is the publisher’s responsibility.
Any lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the publisher.
G3 will assist by setting up your island and placing books conveniently near it if they were shipped ahead of time.
Setup: Publishers may set up on Wednesday, May 26 between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. or Thursday, May 27, between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. All islands must be fully setup by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27. Teardown may begin at the start of the final plenary session on Saturday, May 29, at 11:30 a.m. Publishers may not dismantle or remove materials before this time.

5. Pricing
G3 will establish final conference pricing based on the purchase discount from each publisher.
The suggested purchase discount is 65% off MSRP; no title will be considered with less than a 45% discount.
Conference pricing = purchase price + 30% of MSRP (plus tax).
Example: A $10 title with a 65% discount (purchase price $3.50) will be sold for $6.50 plus tax.
Douglasville, GA sales tax (currently 7%) will be included in the final conference prices and remitted by G3.

6. Publisher Responsibilities
Verify all metadata for titles (ISBN, title, author, MSRP, etc.).
Supply representatives for setup, teardown, and tending tables during bookstore hours.
Package, label, and handle return shipping for unsold inventory.
G3 will provide packing tape and clear wrap for closing.
Promote your participation at the G3 Conference 1 x via email to your audience and 3 x through your social media channels. G3 Ministries will provide you with a coupon code to share with your followers for a discount off of General Registration.

7. G3 Responsibilities
Provide point-of-sale systems, cashier staff, and checkout furniture.
Provide signage, price tents, tables, tablecloths, chairs, trash cans, and a publisher lounge with refreshments.
Provide dedicated nearby storage during the event.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations made before December 1
50% refund for cancellations made on and between December 1 and January 31
No refunds for cancellations on or after February 1
Sales Refunds: All bookstore sales to customers are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

9. Final Invoicing and Payment
G3 will provide a final sales report by June 29, 2027.
Publishers must send an invoice to G3 matching the sales report.
G3 will issue payment within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the invoice.
G3’s point-of-sale record will serve as the sole official record for all sales transactions.

10. Promotional Requirements
As a condition of publisher participation, you agree to promote your participation at the G3 Conference to your audience as follows:
1 x promotion via email to your audience
3 x promotions through your social media channels
G3 Ministries will provide you with a coupon code that you may share with your followers for a discount off of General Registration.
