By submitting a sponsor pre-registration for this event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Pre-Registration & Payment
All sponsor registrations begin with an online pre-registration. Payment information must be provided at the time of pre-registration. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. G3 Ministries will review all pre-registrations and, if approved, your card will be automatically charged the full sponsorship amount. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given according to sponsorship level. Name badges will be provided for registered representatives (if applicable) and must be worn at all times during the event.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel after your pre-registration has been approved and your payment processed, our refund policy is as follows:
• 100% refund for cancellations made before December 1
• 50% refund for cancellations made on and between December 1 and January 31
• No refunds for cancellations on or after February 1

3. Setup & Teardown (if applicable)
Sponsors with exhibit space may set up on Wednesday, May 26 between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. or Thursday, May 27, between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. All booths must be fully setup by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27. Teardown may begin at the start of the final plenary session on Saturday, May 29, at 11:30 a.m. Sponsors may not dismantle or remove materials before this time.
4. Space Use & Restrictions
Event space must be used solely for promoting the sponsor’s organization, products, or services in a manner consistent with the purpose and character of the event. Sponsors may not share, sublet, or transfer any portion of their exhibit space, sponsorship, or advertising benefits to another organization without prior written approval from G3 Ministries. G3 Ministries reserves the right to restrict displays, materials, or activities deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with our biblical convictions. Book sales are limited to those organizations registered as publishers and must go through our bookstore point of sale. You can find registration for our bookstore at events.g3min.org/publishers.
5. Changes to the Event
Speakers, schedule, venue, and exhibit hall location are subject to change. In the unlikely event of full event cancellation, we will issue a full refund of your sponsorship amount but cannot be responsible for travel, lodging, or shipping expenses.
6. Photography & Recording
By participating, you acknowledge that the event may be recorded or photographed and agree that your likeness, booth, and materials may appear in event coverage or promotional materials without compensation.
7. Liability & Insurance
G3 Ministries assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property. Sponsors are encouraged to carry their own insurance for such risks.
8. Health & Safety
By registering, you accept the risks associated with participation in a public event, including potential exposure to illness. Please use discretion and follow health guidelines.
9. Promotional Requirements
As a condition of sponsorship/exhibitor participation, you agree to promote your participation at the G3 Conference to your audience as follows:
• 1 x promotion via email to your audience
• 3 x promotions through your social media channels
G3 Ministries will provide you with a coupon code that you may share with your followers for a discount off of General Registration.
